During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jim Bailiff added an ornate chapel / recital space to his Lookout Valley home, just a 10-minute drive from downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. This new room, with its excellent acoustics and a Steinway concert grand used in Artur Rubinstein's final southern tour, provides an ideal setting for performances of art song—an intimate space where all the subtle details of the genre can shine through.
We are pleased to be offering a series of six song recitals at this venue, to take place on the first Tuesday of each month from October 2022-March 2023.
